How often is the feedback form sent?
The feedback form is emailed to participants twice. Once immediately after the conversation happens, and again, 24 hours later (not including weekends) if the participant had not completed the form through the first touch point.
Can I send the feedback form link to participants?
At this time, no. The feedback form link is unique to every participant, sent through email after their conversation.

All clients have access to our robust engagement dashboard. These insights include visibility into the match round’s NPS, match rating score, opt-in rate, opt-in responses, and feedback responses.
