What is an example of successful allyship you’ve seen? Why do you think that person or group’s particular tactics were successful?
If you’re a member of a well-represented group, what are some examples of opportunities for your role/work to combat inequality in your organization?
If you’re a member of an underrepresented group, what is some advice you would give to a colleague who wants to be an ally and truly show up to make your organization a better place?
Do you feel your organization clearly defines its purpose and goals when it comes to DEI? Are plans and progress clear? Where do you see room for improvement?
