1. Customize your Sign-Up form.
Add the topic description, member information, match questions, custom match questions, and timezones.
Topic Description
The description will appear below the Topic Name on the first page of your registration form. Get your members excited about these chats!
Member Information
Professional Information: Headers are not editable. The question can be toggled on and off.
LinkedIn: Headers are not editable. The question can be toggled on and off.
Phone Number: Headers are editable. The question can be toggled on and off.
π‘ We suggest turning this on if you have an Audience that heavily communicates over WhatsApp or Outlook. This is an optional step; should a phone number be inputted, it will appear in email and calendar communications.
Match Questions
Areas of Interest: Sub-topics of the main engagement topic. Within the Sign-Up form, members can choose up to 3 key areas of interest for discussion. These choices will be used in the matching process. Answer options can be changed, but the question title cannot. Can be toggled on and off.
Years of Experience: The question title can be changed, but answer options cannot. Can be toggled on and off.
Company Size: The question title can be changed, but answer options cannot. Can be toggled on and off.
Company Stage: The question title can be changed, but answer options cannot. Can be toggled on and off.
π‘ Choose questions for matching criteria to inform our algorithm on how you'd like to match your members. If you are on Essential Tier, you have the option to add one Custom question that will further refine the matching criteria. For Premium customers, you can add up to four questions, & Pro customers can add up to ten custom questions. Each custom question can have up to 7 answer options.

Timezones
The timezones govern when emails/invitations are sent. If your community spans multiple timezones, select which timezone most members are in. Headers are not editable, but you can add, remove, or reorder timezones.
π This is different to the timezone that members choose from in the sign-up form.
2. Customize your Feedback form.
Feedback form customizations vary with the subscription plan. Essential Tier clients will be able to update future discussion topics. Pro and Premium clients have the ability to add custom questions of their liking.
Standard questions
You cannot change the question asked but can add/edit/delete the answer options. You must provide 3-7 answer options.
Optional questions
You can only toggle on/off these questions. You cannot edit questions or answer options.
