Once you've selected your Audience, completed the Topic section, and chosen your start date, click 'Submit Engagement for Review' and the Orbiit team will review. After Orbiit has proofed the copy and tested the form, the Submit Engagement for Review button will turn into your custom registration link and you will receive an email notifying you of the link.
When is the cutoff for me to submit an engagement?
At least 24 hours in advance of the start time. For a Monday launch, the engagement needs to be submitted by 3 pm EST on Friday.
Timeline example: Submit your engagement by Thursday, Mar. 17, receive the registration link on Friday, Mar. 18, and have the registration window open from Monday, Mar. 21 to Thursday, Mar. 24.
Why am I unable to submit an engagement for review today if it’s planned to go live tomorrow?
Orbiit has a 24-hour buffer window that prevents engagements from starting within that window. That being said, we can override that and have it ready to go live tomorrow through the back-end. Simply send an email to [email protected] or message us on Intercom.
