What does each of the Engagement Statuses on the Platform mean?
Draft
The engagement is still in draft mode and Admins and Editors can revise it.
Reviewing
The engagement has been submitted for review by one of the Admins of the workspace (e.g. Community Manager, Head of Platform) and is awaiting the approval of the Orbiit Customer Success team. The rule of thumb is that the client will receive the registration link within 24 hours of submitting the engagement for review.
Scheduled
The engagement was reviewed and scheduled by the Orbiit Customer Success team and the client should have received the registration link via email.
Opt-In Open
The engagement is officially running and registrations are now open. Navigate to the Opt-In tab to track the opt-ins.
Matching
Registrations have closed and the Match introduction emails along with the calendar invites have been sent out or will be sent out shortly.
Meeting
Conversations are now taking place.
Completed
All conversations are completed. Go to the Feedback tab to read all the amazing testimonials members have left and their takeaways. Also, check out the Feedback Questions on the Dashboard tab to collect information on what members would like to chat in the future (i.e. Future Discussion Topics).
