We're creating a space for our community to connect, learn, grow and inspire one another through meaningful 1:1 conversations. Use this conversation to dive deep with a connection in the community to discuss tactics and suggestions for improving ERGs.

Areas of interest (participants will select 1-3 of these when they sign up for the conversation, and they will be matched with someone with similar interests)

  • What goals to set—and how many?

  • Defining or redefining the roles of those who will execute the goals

  • Measuring progress

  • Communicating your goals

Discussion questions (these will appear as part of the agenda that is sent to participants the day before the conversation, and they are also listed in the calendar invite)

  • What are the biggest challenges your employee resource groups are facing right now? What kind of support or input do you need?

  • What's an accomplishment/project of your employee resource group that you are most proud of right now? What made it great, and what could have made it even better?

  • How are you thinking about your development and growth right now (personally, professionally, or both)? How can employee resource groups support?
