Topic Description (this will appear in the opt-in email and sign-up form for your engagement)
Finding the right co-founder who fits your company's values and mission is key for every startup but even more important for early-stage ones. Use this conversation to find a trustworthy person, can handle responsibilities and takes risks reasonably. Even if not a co-founder, you can at least go out of the conversation with a good talent market research and potential candidates to fill in other job vacancies.
