Topic Description (this will appear in the opt-in email and sign-up form for your engagement)

With copious amounts of technologies in the marketplace that enable stakeholders to capture data with regards to the performance, it can be overwhelming. It’s common to find yourself in a double conundrum. You may have very little data or too much data! In addition to the availability of the data, comes the question to its integrity and reliability.

Areas of interest (participants will select 1-3 of these when they sign up for the conversation, and they will be matched with someone with similar interests)

  • How to create a data strategy

  • Where/how to source data & knowing which data to collect

  • Which tools & techniques you are using

  • How to deal with too much data / big data

  • Data reliability / quality and tactics for dealing with this

  • Privacy and regulations

Discussion questions (these will appear as part of the agenda that is sent to participants the day before the conversation, and they are also listed in the calendar invite)

  • What is your organization’s biggest challenge when it comes to leveraging data?

  • How do you determine hiring needs? Once defined, what is your process for hiring internally vs. deciding to look outside to hire?

  • How do you measure your hiring performance? What do you use these insights for? If you don’t measure, how do you think these insights could help your organization?
