At one point or another, we’ve all experienced burnout: a prolonged state of stress that leaves you feeling exhausted and unmotivated. But with a strategic approach, you can move past burnout and learn from it to benefit your career. Use this conversation to discuss strategies for overcoming and avoiding burnout.

When’s the last time you felt burnt out, and how did it feel?
Describe what an ideal week of ‘work life balance’ would look like to you. What keeps this from being a reality? If it is a reality (nice job!), how do you maintain this plan?
