Implementing group discussions is a powerful way to strengthen relationships within your community, hear the voices of more introverted people and generate conversations around key topics where everyone has a fair chance to participate. Group discussions are also very effective for each member to validate their opinion and come out of it with clear next steps. To avoid a 'yawn-inducing' type of group meeting, use this conversation to understand how to best prepare for it, equally contribute to each participant and how to mostly benefit from it.
