NOTE: Conversation dates are the main block to members not being matched even though they provide the same answers to standard/custom questions.
Members can choose 1-3 dates/timeslots and these must be in the same week.
Best practice: Conversations should take place the next Thursday & Friday after the registration window closes.

During the holiday seasons (summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve) avoid scheduling conversations for Fridays - Wednesdays and Thursdays preferred.
For communities whose initiatives are mainly on the weekend and this is the normal cadence of engaging their members, then selecting Saturday and Sunday as conversation days would still work.
Community builders need to be mindful of their audience size and be aware that more conversation options would lead to less overlap of time compatibility which potentially results in more members being unmatched.
Best practice: For audiences of less than 300 members, no more than 2 options should be offered.
