This article provides an overview of what data a client can download from the Platform. Please note that the data is engagement-specific only.
To view feedback, match data and opt-in data click into your engagement, toggle between Opt-Ins, Matches, and Feedback/no chat forms to see who has registered, who is paired up to meet & when they're meeting, and view candid feedback from participants about their match conversations. To view your engagement's quantitative feedback data, press βDashboardβ and see a full view of the feedback - incl. NPS, match rating, opt-in rate (if applicable), opt-in questions data and feedback questions data (an example is provided below).
You can export opt-ins, matches, and feedback data within each engagement. You can also export your member and audience lists. The download button is located right next to the Intercom chat one in the right bottom corner of the screen.
