This article aims to walk you through the process of downloading your feedback forms where you can see the first, and the last name of the member who provides feedback, their role, company name and the responses they have provided to the feedback form questions (match rating, NPS, testimonial, advice for improvement, future discussion topics (if applicable), etc), match counterpart's names and email address. The questions in the feedback form may vary every time depending on the preferences of the client setting up the engagement.

Please follow these steps to download the data:
Click on the engagement you would like to see this data about
Once in there, click Feedback on the left menu on the screen
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Download Feedback Forms button. See a picture of it below
Best practice: The file is downloaded in CSV format, so for best quality avoid using the Numbers app on Macbook to read the file - preferably open it with Google Sheets or Excel
