No-chat/Missed chat Data in the Platform

This article aims to walk you through the process of downloading your no-chat/missed chat feedback forms where you can see the first, and the last name of the member who reports no-chat feedback, their role, company name, a reason for the chat not to happen, advice for improving the experience, their match counterpart's names and email address.

NB: This is engagement-specific data!

Please follow these steps to download the data:

  • Click on the engagement you would like to see this data about

  • Once in there, click Feedback on the left menu on the screen

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Download Missed Chat Feedback button. See a picture of it below

Best practice: The file is downloaded in CSV format, so for best quality avoid using the Numbers app on Macbook to read the file - preferably open it with Google Sheets or Excel
