This article aims to walk you through the process of downloading your no-chat/missed chat feedback forms where you can see the first, and the last name of the member who reports no-chat feedback, their role, company name, a reason for the chat not to happen, advice for improving the experience, their match counterpart's names and email address.

Please follow these steps to download the data:
Click on the engagement you would like to see this data about
Once in there, click Feedback on the left menu on the screen
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Download Missed Chat Feedback button. See a picture of it below
Best practice: The file is downloaded in CSV format, so for best quality avoid using the Numbers app on Macbook to read the file - preferably open it with Google Sheets or Excel
