πŸŽ‰ Exciting News: Enhanced Engagement Scheduler Now Live on Orbiit Platform! πŸŽ‰

We're thrilled to announce the latest upgrade to our Orbiit Platform: the enhanced Engagement Scheduler feature! With a fresh, intuitive design and improved functionality, managing your engagements just got even easier and more flexible.

Here's what's new:

  • Intuitive Design: Say hello to a sleek, modern interface that's a breeze to navigate. We've revamped the design to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing, ensuring you can focus on what matters most: engaging with your audience.

  • Less Restrictive, More Cohesive: We've listened to your feedback and made adjustments to provide a smoother user experience. Our updated functionality is now less restrictive, giving you greater freedom to tailor engagements to your specific needs. Plus, everything works together seamlessly for a more cohesive experience overall.

  • Clickable Segments: Each segment on the left-hand schedule panel is now clickable. Want to dive deeper into a particular function? Simply click on the segment, and you'll be taken directly to the setup window for that specific feature. It's quick, it's easy, and it streamlines your workflow.

You will now be able to do the following when scheduling an engagement:

Set registration start and end dates to be the same day.

There will no longer be a 24-hour buffer window when submitting an engagement. You will be able to set the start date as the current day.

You can edit an engagement, regardless of status, up to one hour before the current close date.

You can select 1:1 engagement registrations to close on a Friday & Saturday.
This is still a restriction for Group and Top N-Matches.

Conversation dates must be at least 24 hours after the registration close date.

Match Editing Feature

The Match Editing feature can be enabled and disabled from the Engagement Scheduler.

If the feature is on, this will move the introduction emails by a day. See the example below. The reason for this is the 24-hour editing window that allows the community manager to go over the matches and make sure they meet the expectations of the members.

We always advise CMs to leave at least 4-5 days between the introduction email sent date and the start of the conversations so members can have enough time for rescheduling, if needed.
