Scheduling your Engagement
Once you have setup your Engagement you'll see a 'Schedule Engagement' button appear at the top-right of your Engagement setup page.
Scheduling your Engagement will setup the emails to be sent out as well as open the Opt-In Form. Whilst the Engagement is scheduled you will have limited control over the dates. You can:
Move the email dates and times up to 15 minutes from the email being sent out.
Move the registration closing date up to 1 hour of closing (within constraints to allow for matching and introducing members).
Cancelling your Engagement
When your Engagement is scheduled you can not make any changes to the forms or email copy. If you want to do so you can cancel your Engagement, make edits and then schedule it again. You can only do so whilst:
No invite emails have gone out yet.
No Opt-In Forms have been received yet.
