Networking "Scavenger Hunt" Experience - Matches will receive name badges for the event with their match's names on the back of their badge. Build time into the event's programming to allow members to scavenger hunt their games.
This works best as a happy hour or icebreaker (1-2 hours)
Luncheon Experience - Use the curated matches as seating assignments for lunch. This allows members to connect and enjoy a great conversation immediately.
This works best with small to medium groups of 6 with a moderator to help the conversation flow (1-2 hours)
Speed Networking Experience - Set up speed networking stations at your event. You can use the matches to assign members a networking station.
This works best as an agenda item or icebreaker (1-2 hours)

What is needed from Orbiit Admins to create curated matches from existing data:
CSV File with member information & matching criteria
First name
Last name
Email address
Match criteria (Role, Industry, Years of Professional Experience, Company size, etc.)
Linkedin headshot, if applicable (used for email introductions)
How many matches each member should receive
Orbiit will send out match introductions. To execute, this Orbiit will need:
What date and time is the events taking place
Location of the event (Full address)
Email copy you would like used for the match introduction
Members will receive the introduction emails at the date and time of your choosing.
