To set up a recurring engagement select the "1" to the left of the engagement name.

Simply set how often you'd like the engagement to occur, what times per (weekly or monthly), and when the engagement stops recurring after. Select "Save" to set this as your template engagement.

The engagement is now set to recur to the schedule you have selected. This means this engagement will now duplicate itself automatically at the frequency you have selected.

Engagements will not automatically schedule unless you also turn on "Auto-Pilot".

Auto-pilot automatically schedules the next engagement when the current one ends. You can always unschedule the engagement to make changes like updating the schedule, audience list, and matching criteria.

The dates of the engagements that are duplicated going forward will be determined by schedule you set on the template engagement. The registration open/close dates, invite/reminder emails, and conversation dates for the new engagements will be the exact week(s) or month(s), depending on the times per set, from the previous engagement.

To turn this feature off for an engagement open the recurring engagement scheduler and turn recurring engagements off.
